Industrial pumps will often suffer wear and tear such as pitting and metal loss from the harsh environments they operate. Our repair workshops can fix any issues of wear and tear which are often caused by corrosion, erosion corrosion, abrasion, chemical attack and immersion. Whether it is industrial vacuum pump repairs, split case pump repairs, end suction pump repairs, water pump repairs, submersible pump repairs or impeller repairs and coatings, we have the solutions. Belzona repair composites will rebuild metal loss and pitting to bring the pump back to better than new. Belzona protective coatings are then used to protect the pumps long term against even the harshest of environments. Our Belzona 1341 super metal glide is often used to increase industrial pump efficiency by as much as 20% on existing pumps and 7% on new pumps.

Our Melbourne workshop has a roofed area of over 900m² and has a large range of equipment to be able to complete a wide range on engineering works. We have several large lathes capable of machining up to 1.3m in diameter. Our longest lathe can handle parts up to 6m between centres.  Within our purpose built grit blasting facility which is 7m long x 3m wide x 3m high, we are capable of achieving a Class 3 cleanliness standard and a surface roughness profile up to 130 microns. We also have a 40m2 application room which is temperature and humidity controlled, providing the optimum environment for coating application.
