Step-by-step instructions

00:00 – Introduction

00:15 – Lower the liquid level of the tank to below the repair area

00:25 – Dry and mark out the repair area

00:31 – Prepare the surface to a minimum of SSPC-SP 11

00:48 – Degrease using Belzona 9111 (cleaner/degreaser) or an approved alternative 01:03 – Tape off the repair area 01:09 – Apply Belzona 7311 structural bonding adhesive

01:28 – Mix ratio by volume: 3 parts base to 1 part solidifier

01:38 – Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved

01:52 – Firmly apply Belzona 7311 using a firm bristle brush

02:12 – Apply further product using an applicator

02:30 – Remove masking tape and allow to cure
