PROBLEM
A large 22-tonne Screw Press with 16 feet, at a paper mill, required the installation of a robust chocking system to withstand harsh physical vibrations and thermal shock.

APPLICATION
The Belzona 7111 Chocking System was selected as the preferred solution for this project. This self-leveling system can be used to create a perfectly even base for machinery and equipment foundations.
Designed for heavy equipment installations, it is ideal for pouring foundations where alignment and anchorage are essential. In addition, its impressive load-bearing capacity speaks for itself, thanks to its high compressive strength.
The Belzona 7111 system provides precise equipment alignment and prevents loosening of threaded bolts. The system is a pourable chocking solution that avoids the need to machine foundations before application saving money and greatly reducing the installation time.
