Our Workshops
Our workshops in Hallam & Townsville provide end to end services for all types of industrial pump repairs and protective coatings.
Servicing every state of Australia with fully equipped workshops in Hallam, Victoria and Townsville, North Queensland.
We use Belzona composite repairs and protective coatings to rebuild, repair, improve efficiency and protect your pumps from common causes of wear and tear such as corrosion, erosion, abrasion and chemical attack.
Hallam Facility
- 1200m² fully equipped workshop, including 1 x 10 tonne and 1 x 5 tonne Gantry Cranes
- Large capacity chilled steel abrasive blasting booth
- 40m² application room which is temperature and humidity controlled, providing the optimum environment for coating application
- Lathes capable of machining up to 2m swing over bed
- Along with smaller lathes, milling machines & line boring equipment
Townsville Facility
- 1400m² fully equipped workshop, including 2 x 10 tonne Gantry Cranes
- Large capacity chilled steel abrasive blasting booth
- Large capacity spray painting booth Dust & fume-filtered fabrication area
- Lathes capable of machining up to 1430mm Diameter x 4.5m
- Along with smaller lathes, milling machines & line boring equipment
